Now that you’ve made a purchase or sold an item, what’s next?

Whether you've recently made a purchase, or sold an item here in your new community, we congratulate you!  Below are next steps that you can expect as a buyer or seller on the site.  Again, congratulations on your purchase or sale!

Buyer Next Steps

1. So, you've purchased an item.  Yay!
2. Payment is deducted from your Swap Vault (in Swap Bucks), while your Swap Fee (in US Dollars) and applicable shipping fees (in US Dollars) are deducted from Paypal.
3. Your seller is immediately notified that they have a purchase from you and to ship your item.
4. Once tracking information has been provided, seller will include expected delivery date, so you can track your purchase.
5. Once you've received the item, go into your order and mark the item as "Received."

Seller Next Steps

1. So, you've sold an item.  Yay!
2. Once you are notified that you have a purchase, go to you sold orders and mark the item as shipped.  If you have a shipping fee with item, shipping funds will be deposited into your account after item is shipped and successfully marked "Received" by your buyer.  
3. Once your buyers item is received, your buyer will mark the item as "Received." 
4. Once item has been received, your Swap Bucks deposit into your account within 24 hours of item being marked received.
