Great question.  Swap Bucks are the virtual credits used exclusively on urSwap.  Yes, you get to buy real items with your new, virtual credits.  You're welcome.

There are many ways to earn swap bucks:

1. The first way is just by signing up.  Amounts may vary, but each user receives an initial credit in Swap Bucks so you can begin shopping right away!
2. Invite your friends.  You'll receive Swap Bucks for each friend who joins.
3. Start selling items!  Whether you're reselling your unused items, new items or you're crafty with your hands, uploading and selling items in your Swap Store (profile page), is the best way to rack up the Swap Bucks.
4. Buy Swap Bucks!  That's right; you can purchase swap bucks for pennies on the dollar.  Just go to your Swap Vault and enter the amount you wish to buy in Swap Bucks.  Your total in US dollars will automatically calculate for you.  To deposit the additional Swap Bucks, simply click on the checkout button to pay for the Swap Bucks.  Once paid, you will be automatically be redirected back to your Swap Vault where you will see your additional dollars added to your total available balance.

Yes, a very small one.  When you buy an item, you pay applicable shipping fees in US dollars (seller determines this price) and a $2.99 swap fee, per purchase in US dollars (excluding promotions that include discounted/waived swap fees).   So, for example, if you buy an iPhone for $500 Swap Bucks, your total amount paid in US dollars is only $2.99 (minus applicable shipping).  Pretty awesome.

There are many ways to do this:

1. Invite more friends!  As you do this, you will naturally gain more traffic as your friends want to see what you have to offer.
2. Follow more users.  As you follow more users, more attention will be brought to your site with the hope that they will follow you back to keep up with your inventory.
3. Share your posted items through your social outlets to gain attention and peak interest! 
4. Make your items appealing!  It's just like having your own store: the more appealing it looks, the more traffic you will get.  Take pride in your photos and have fun along the way.

This page is truly special.  The Swap Vault tab is YOUR personal vault, showing how many tokens you have aquired in Swap Bucks.  When you log in, you have the ability to see your account balance along with recent transactions and history. 

When you are prompted to check out, you will be directed to pay using PayPal.  Once you commit to a purchase, you will be redirected to PayPal, where you will pay your swap fee and any applicable shipping.  Once paid, you will automatically be redirected back to your urSwap, where you will have the option to view your order or continue shopping.

We hate to hear this, but we are here to help. If you feel a page or item is abusive or inappropriate, simply go to the "Contact Us" page and send us an email, including the user name and item(s) you are reporting.  Once reported, we will investigate and remove item(s) if they are found inappropriate for the site.

Simply click on your Swap Vault tab.  You will notice the section where you can enter the amount in Swap Bucks that you'd like to buy; the site will automatically calculate how much it will cost in actual US dollars to buy the amount of Swap Bucks you want.  You can change the number, higher or lower, until you decide on the amount that's just right for you.  Once you are ready to purchase, simply click on the checkout tab, as you will be directed to PayPal to pay the US dollar amount.  Once paid, you will automatically be redirected to your Swap Vault, where you will find the funds automatically added to your Swap Balance.

Another great question.  If your item does not ship within a set number of days, you have the option to cancel the order.  Once cancelled, your Swap Bucks will automatically be refunded back to your Swap Vault.  Your Swap Fee and any applicable shipping fees will also be refunded to your PayPal account.

Once your item is marked "shipped," you will not be able to cancel the order.  However, you will be able to track your package once shipped. If your item isn't delivered by expected delivery date, you can mark the item as "not received."  Admin will then investigate from there to determine your eligibility for a refund.

Great question.  Here are your answers:

Swap Bucks - Yes, if transaction is canceled before item is marked "shipped" by seller.   Seller has 5 days to ship the item and include appropriate tracking information so you can track your purchase.  If item is shipped, but not received, you can request to cancel order.  Site admin will then investigate from there to determine whether or not you are eligible for a Swap Buck refund.

Shipping Fees - Yes.  If item is not shipped within 3 days, you can cancel the purchase and shipping fee will be refunded to your account.  If item is shipped, but not received, you can request to cancel order.  Site admin will then investigate from there to determine whether or not you are eligible for a refund.

Swap Fees - Yes.  If an item is cancelled, whether by the buyer, seller, or site admin, your Swap Fee will also be refunded to your PayPal account.

The short answer is no.  Cancellations are only allowed if your item has not yet shipped.  Once shipped, you can initiate a dispute by marking the item, "not received," if you do not receive your item by its expected delivery date.  

Chances are, you have successfully joined urSwap, but your browser or phone is currently not accepting cookies.  Once you go into your privacy settings and accept cookies, logging in should be a piece of cake; no pun intended.
